November in India

Hindus consider cows to be sacred, to the point where you simply cannot hit a cow with your vehicle, no matter what it's doing in the road.  Obviously, it was only a matter of time before other animals took advantage of this.

I was attempting to match India with the month of Diwali, but apparently this year, it's taking place on October 23.  Nuts.
