The G.O.P.Father II
One day, very soon, if it hasn't happened already, John McCain will wake up and find that the party he's been a proud member of for the past 13,493 years is dead, and that the blood is on his hands. Presumably, he'll freak out as much as Jack Woltz did.

25 More Days?
McCain is 10 points behind in the polls. Forgive me, but I believe John McCain is a nice guy at heart, and the things that have been done in his name these last few months just makes me feel sorry for the guy. We're what, 90% sure Obama is going to win? Why not call the whole thing off and give the guy a break?

One Day As A Lion
In my humble opinion, Zack de la Rocha is one of the most expressive musicians working today. He deserves all sorts of accolades for his music.

Biden 'n' Palin
I watched the debate last night. Biden stayed on target. Palin... Well, that depends on what your definition of target is. If you mean the party rhetoric, then she was very on-target. If you mean actually answering questions, then she ought to have her gun license revoked.

The trees talk in Alaska!
Watching her on TV these past few weeks, Sarah Palin doesn't seem to be quite...in tune with reality. It's like she lives in her own imaginary land full of witches and cheap oil, with no newspapers or Supreme Court. And her performance is continuously so atrociously sloppy it's like watching...a cartoon.
