March in New Zealand

Technically, it would be autumn in New Zealand in March, but it's hard not to imagine that at least part of the country would still be green and covered with sheep and rugby players.

Chef's Choice

March is the month when Winter turns to Spring, and in comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb, or vice versa, and also March is St. Patrick's day.  Rather than do something as obvious as Irish food, and since my idea of drink recipes fell through, I turned to potatoes.  Who doesn't love potatoes?
