Welcome to the Love Parade, a blisteringly hot, ear-bleedingly loud weekend-long outdoor event in Bochum, Ruhr, Germany, on August 25 this year, during which parade floats blasting techno and trance music roll down the streets to throngs of drunk, scantily clad European co-eds. It sounds, at once, like an incredible amount of fun, and a definite physical and mental health risk.
